What You'll Be Leading:

  • Developing and championing sophisticated, data-driven social media strategies that align with overarching business objectives for a range of high-profile B2B and B2C clients.
  • Providing strategic counsel and acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, building enduring and impactful partnerships.
  • Identifying and capitalising on emerging social media trends and platform innovations to maintain a competitive edge for our clients.
  • Leveraging deep expertise in influencer marketing to architect and oversee impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences across both B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Collaborating strategically with internal PR and Creative Studio leadership to ensure seamless integration and maximise the impact of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Establishing and utilising robust data analytics frameworks to inform strategic decision-making, measure performance, and drive continuous optimisation.
  • Mentoring and guiding a talented team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and high performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in senior-level social media management, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A deep and nuanced understanding of the social media ecosystem, with proven success in developing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Exceptional executive-level client management and communication skills, with the gravitas to confidently lead strategic discussions and presentations.
