We're looking for an On-site Optimization Specialist / Website Optimisation Manager to enhance the digital user experience across a leading retail website and app

Website Optimisation Specialist

Develop and implement a market-specific digital experience strategy

Use a customer-centric approach to optimize on-site experiences

Lead testing initiatives based on market needs

Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring both sides align perfectly.

Analyze digital performance to drive conversion rate growth.

Update search and navigation engines to enhance user experience.

Work with management and digital content creators to improve conversion rates (CR) and click-through rates (CTR).

Team up with the Performance Marketing Manager to boost search engine optimization (SEO).

Key Accountabilities:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including content improvement, SEO, and user experience enhancements.

Collaboration, scheduling, and planning for optimal project execution.

Support testing efforts, utilizing data-driven approaches for improvement.

Maintaining platform health, including bug tracking and resolution.

Who You Are:

·       Strong experience in digital / website optimisation working in e-commerce (either client-side or agency)

·       Proficient in optimization platforms and analytics tools, like Google Analytics, with experience in recommendation and personalization strategies.

·       A balance of analytical and technical skills, with a keen interest in innovation.

·       Independent yet collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, thriving in an international team environment.

 

The salary for this role is up to £54K plus excellent benefits.
