The Opportunity

Are you a creative, highly organised event professional with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Events Manager to join our established Marketing, Admissions, and Events team at an esteemed group of independent schools in West Kensington.

This is a pivotal role where you will be the driving force behind a diverse calendar of events—ranging from high-profile whole-school showcases to intimate community gatherings. If you are a natural brand ambassador who thrives on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences that reflect a school’s unique values and ethos, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As our Events Manager, you will take full ownership of the event lifecycle, ensuring that every touchpoint for our community is succinct, unified, and professional.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Event Management:

Planning, coordinating, and delivering both internal and external events to the highest possible standards.

  • Strategic Collaboration:

Working closely with Headteachers, the Marketing Executive, and Registrars to align events with school growth and brand awareness.

  • Logistical Excellence:

Liaising with Estates, Catering, and Venue Managers to ensure flawless execution and top-tier hospitality.

  • Safety & Compliance:

Managing risk assessments and complying with all school policies, including Health & Safety and Data Protection, in coordination with our DSL and H&S representatives.

  • Budget & Communication:

Managing event expenditure and ensuring timely, clear communication with parents, staff, and prospective families.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a "solutions-focused" multitasker who remains calm under pressure and has a meticulous eye for detail.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

  • A collaborative and proactive working style.

  • A natural problem-solver who is resourceful and decisive.

Desirable Skills:

  • Tech-savvy approach, with an interest in using automation or digital tools to enhance the event experience.

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a significant advantage).

  • A keen interest in social media and digital marketing.

Why Join Us?

You will be joining a school environment that celebrates a holistic approach to education, valuing spirit, mind, and body. Our community is built on a foundation of kindness and mindfulness, offering a supportive atmosphere where your creativity and dedication will truly make a lasting impact.
