​📢 Hiring: Business Development Manager – M&A (London)

Are you a Big 4 Transactions or Investment Banking professional looking to move in-house and drive global strategy?

We are partnering with a leading global education group to find a data-driven M&A specialist to join their London-based team. This isn't just a support role, you will be at the heart of an ambitious international growth strategy, managing the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle.

The Role

Working across the central M&A, Strategy, and Finance teams, you will:

• Evaluate acquisition targets and build relationships with school operators globally.

• Build complex financial models for valuations, investment appraisals, and scenario testing.

• Lead due diligence workstreams across legal, tax, and operational functions alongside Big 4 advisors.

• Prepare high-quality investment papers for the Executive team and Board.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential experience in Big 4 Transactions or Investment Banking.

• 3-4 years of experience

• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and a deep understanding of mid-market or cross-border M&A.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different cultures and time zones.

• While not essential, experience in education, services, or PE-backed environments is a major plus.
