​Marketing Executive

Are you a creative storyteller with a digital-first mindset? A visionary family of independent schools is looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team in West London during a historic phase of development.

Following a significant 50-year milestone, the group is entering an exciting new chapter, including a transition to co-education for several of its campuses starting in 2027. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a leading educational community.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a central member of the Marketing, Admissions, and Events team. You will be responsible for bringing unique brand stories to life through:

  • Creating and executing high-quality content across all channels, including social media, email, and print. You will be the champion of the school's social presence, gathering proactive news and stories from daily school life.

  • Building, tracking, and analysing email campaigns using CRM tools like HubSpot. You will also ensure website content remains current and fit for purpose.

  • Producing on-brand visual assets for digital and print use while ensuring a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all communications.

  • Providing vital support for Open Mornings and recruitment events in collaboration with Registrars and Event Managers. You will also coordinate award submissions and internal communications.

  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing activities to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a digital native with a passion for storytelling and a solutions-focused mindset.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • A commitment to high-quality output and a collaborative "can-do" work ethic.

  • A genuine alignment with a spiritual and philosophical educational ethos that values the development of the whole person.

Desirable:

  • Experience in video content creation and editing.

  • Previous experience within the education sector.

  • Formal marketing qualifications (CIM or equivalent).
