Marketing Executive

Following a significant 50-year milestone, the group is entering an exciting new chapter, including a transition to co-education for several of its campuses starting in 2027. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a leading educational community.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a central member of the Marketing, Admissions, and Events team. You will be responsible for bringing unique brand stories to life through:
Creating and executing high-quality content across all channels, including social media, email, and print. You will be the champion of the school's social presence, gathering proactive news and stories from daily school life.
Building, tracking, and analysing email campaigns using CRM tools like HubSpot. You will also ensure website content remains current and fit for purpose.
Producing on-brand visual assets for digital and print use while ensuring a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all communications.
Providing vital support for Open Mornings and recruitment events in collaboration with Registrars and Event Managers. You will also coordinate award submissions and internal communications.
Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing activities to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a digital native with a passion for storytelling and a solutions-focused mindset.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and creative design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
A commitment to high-quality output and a collaborative "can-do" work ethic.
A genuine alignment with a spiritual and philosophical educational ethos that values the development of the whole person.
Desirable:
Experience in video content creation and editing.
Previous experience within the education sector.
Formal marketing qualifications (CIM or equivalent).
