About the role

Lead high-quality conversations with senior leadership and play an active external role across industry gatherings, events, and communities to expand their presence.
You will be representing a service that includes pitch consultancy and a powerful marketing intelligence platform.
You will manage one direct report, with the opportunity to shape and build a small team as the function grows.
What You'll Lead🎯
This role combines strategy and hands-on relationship building. You will:
Define and execute new business strategy for the business.
Build and manage a strong, transparent pipeline that reflects both short and long-term opportunities.
Evolve the way they nurture and convert leads, making the process more personal, intentional, and scalable.
Partner with the senior team to leverage networks and shape their broader commercial direction.
Own HubSpot usage and reporting, ensuring clarity and alignment across the business.
Deliver against clear individual and team commercial targets.

Experience: 4+ years in business development or commercial growth roles within the creative, marketing, or agency ecosystem.
Someone who genuinely understands how agencies win work, grow clients, and differentiate themselves.
Confident in developing strategy, spotting opportunities, and navigating senior conversations.

A clear communicator who can listen deeply and articulate value simply.
